1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order.
To qualify for a return, items must:

Include all accessories, inserts, and documentation (if applicable)
Note: Custom-made or personalized items are excluded (see Section 6).

A Return Reference Number will be issued

A printable return shipping label will be provided
Important: Returns sent without a Return Reference Number may not be accepted.
The approved item must be shipped back within 14 days of return approval.

Returns are free of charge when using our provided shipping label

If a return parcel is lost or damaged during transit using our label, Vantier assumes responsibility

If the customer chooses a different shipping method, the customer bears the risk of loss or damage
4. Inspection & Condition Assessment
All Vantier products are handmade; each returned item undergoes detailed inspection.

Vantier reserves the right to:

Deduct repair or refurbishment costs from the refund amount
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. Vantier reserves the right to process an exchange request as a return and a new order.

6. Custom & Personalized Items
Due to the handmade nature of our products, custom-made or personalized straps are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of:

Approved refunds are processed within 14 days after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved
